Family:	I am married to a fabulous husband, Ted, and I have 3 beautiful children, Jacob, Olivia, and Isaac. Jacob is 7 and attends Howbert Elementary, Olivia is 4 and enjoying her time in preschool, and Isaac is was born in April of 2013 and is busy figuring this world out!
Hobbies:	When I am not reading up on the latest educational developments or coming up with new teaching ideas, I love to camp, hike, read, and spend lots and lots of time with my family.

My Goals for the Class:	1. Help students develop self-confidence, independence, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
	2. Encourage a commitment to be kind, helpful, responsible, and respectful to others.
	3. Foster a true sense of inquiry and a love of learning.

Why I Love Teaching:	I love coming in to the classroom each and every day and learning something new from my students, and perhaps, teaching them a little something. Helping the kids acheive their goals and helping them to succeed is why I absolutely love teaching. It helps that it happens to be fun, too!
